Training

Training is a strategic priority at Geensys.
Every year, a training plan is rolled out that meets the skills needs of the organization and the career aspirations of the employees.

Our training budget is five times the mandatory amount. It is used to fund technical training and the development of personal skills (communication, management, languages, etc.).

We promote the internal exchange of skills through training sessions or technical conferences delivered by our resident experts.

P³ = Program for Professional Progression

P³ is a training and support program for talented employees at Geensys that aims to create centers of excellence within the company.
The program is based on capitalizing on our skills (technical and business), training and exchanges between all our engineers (engineering <-> consultants).
