Registration

There are two ways to register for Geensys training courses:

Terms of sale

Registration for a Geensys training course constitutes a firm order.

Registrations are recorded in their order of arrival until the course is full.

Trainees receive their invitations two weeks before the start of the course at the latest.

Registration fees

Registration fees for Geensys training courses are charged at a fixed rate in accordance with the current applicable prices. Prices are shown excluding tax. The applicable rate of VAT must be added.

All courses attended in part are charged in full.

Registration fees are paid in full, without any discount, on receipt of the invoice that is sent at the end of the course of training.
If the training is paid for by an OPCA (funding organization), the company must make sure that the said organization agrees to cover the costs before the training starts and must give notice of this fact when registering.
If the training is funded in part by a funding organization, the outstanding sums will be billed directly to the company.
If Geensys has not received notice that the funding organization agrees to pay for the training, the training will be billed to the company in full.

Cancellations

Registered trainees who are unable to attend the course can be replaced by another person from the same company.
If this is not possible, Geensys will charge the company for the training course in full, unless notice of cancellation or postponement is received no less than eight days in advance. This charge cannot be imputed to any mandatory contributions to vocational training.
Geensys reserves the right to postpone or cancel training courses if trainees do not register in sufficient numbers. In this case, the company will be informed no later than one week before the scheduled start of the training course.

Legal

The information requested for registration purposes is essential. In accordance with the law governing Information Technology and Individual Freedom, dated January 6, 1978, you are entitled to access, correct and oppose the transmission of any information that concerns you by writing to Geensys.

The general conditions of sale are governed by French law. Geensys' training establishment number is N° 53290180229 delivered 15/05/87.
